Chongqing Cloud Technology participated at the Light of Internet Exposition of the 2nd World Internet Conference at the invitation of China Mobile on Dec 15 in Wuzhen, Zhejiang province.

Xiaoyun, a smart facial identification system, was jointly developed by China Mobile and Chongqing Cloud Technology. It can be used for business purposes such as intelligent reception and attendance checks.

Xiaoyun is a cross-industry solution by Cloud Technology. It can be applied in individual use areas such as banks, governments, hospitals, schools and hotels, or in public spaces such as subways and airports

The core R&D of the company’s face recognition technology comes from the Chongqing Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Despite being a newly established company, it has already begun cooperation with financial institutions in Xi’an and Chongqing municipality.

Its facial identification technology has been adopted for Chonqging Bank’s online banking services such as resetting passwords and applying for loans.

The product received a lot of attention at the World Security Expo and the 2015 China (Dongguan) International Science and Technology Cooperation Week.

The Agricultural Bank of China has also begun utilizing this smart system.
