The 18th Lijia International Machinery Exhibition convened at the Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center in Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area on May 25.
The exhibition will last until May 29, and has attracted several global industry giants, including Huawei, Mazak, Fanuc and ABB, as the most important international machinery exhibition in the western China.
The exhibition will have 1,200 pieces of advanced machining equipment on display, including intelligent warehousing and production line robots, with over 35,000 professionals and purchasers registered for the event.
Several high-end technical exchange areas are also organized for the exhibition, hosting demonstrations in machining, casting, industrial automation, robotics and fastener plastics. This year's exhibition will also highlight two new areas—Intelligent Manufacture in National Defense and Intensive Processing of Aluminum.
The China (Chongqing) Intelligent Manufacturing International Forum was also held as part of the global exhibition, discussing the future of intelligent manufacturing in China in the next decade.
