Chongqing Industrial Park has three phases; the first and second phases cover areas of 357,000 square meters and 280,000 square meters, respectively. The third phase was designed to be an internet college and went into operation in November 2016.

The six dimensions of the park's business are: mobile internet, games and new media; financial technology, internet education and firm-oriented services; cloud computing, big data, internet of things and AI; cultural innovation, digital publication, creative design and VR; software and information services; robots, 3D printing and smart manufacturing.

The park also boasts seven makerspaces and an internet college.

Considered the first high-tech public service platform in Chongqing, the park has attracted companies such as Tencent, Spring Airlines and People's Daily Online.

R&D institutions, international collaboration platforms, software and information service providers and high-tech and innovative companies are welcome to become new tenants of the park.
