Houyuan

This restaurant is "secretively" located in the end of a Hutong alley, but still attracts hundreds and thousands of fressers from around the world to come with their stomachs empty and leave with their stomachs full. The place is decorated very traditional but elegant. Its food is not pricey at all but ambrosial. I recommend its famous “Octopus Tri-Dishes”, which tastes terribly awesome. The amicable and comfortable atmosphere makes every guest feels like they are having a home cook in the backyards (the name of the restaurant) of their houses.
