Experts from the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt gathered in the city of Xi’an, Shaanxi province, for the Thematic Sessions of the 7th UNWTO International Meeting on Silk Road Tourism, on June 18, according to xinhuanet.com.

Attendees for the meeting had a deep discussion on the topics of how to increase the cooperation among countries and how to develop cultural-oriented tourism on the Silk Road, an ancient trade road that stretch from China to Central Asia and Europe.
