China Daily Website has an inclusive interview with Vicky Tchong, ambassador of Timor-Leste to China, who says her country is especially supporting the Maritime Silk Road due to geographic locations.

The following are transcripts from the interview.
More interestingly, Timor-Leste is also supporting the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, and strategically we are located in the Maritime Silk Road routes.
And our geographic location is just right on the junction of Pacific and Indian Oceans, north to Asia, south to the Oceania.
So I think we could offer a very good start for connectivities to link up north and south bonds, east and west from our country perspective. So I think there are potentials for us to expand bilaterally on this aspect.
