The committee and the German Football Association have collaborated to ensure the tournament proceeds in an orderly way. They have set up a special station to monitor the behavior of fans and prevent them from exposing themselves on camera.

Streakers have become a major headache for game organizers.

During last year's Federation Cup Frankfurt, Germany, several streakers made it onto the field. There are several organizations Europe, like "Jimmy Jump" whose members aim to disrupt matches by running onto the field or streaking.

The committee has erected nine fences in nine stadiums and mobilized an army of staff to maintain order and prevent disruption of the matches.

The world Cup will kick off in Germany on June 9.
