In the 125-cc race, Mattia Pasini of Italy was the victor, one thousandth of a second ahead of Spain's Alvaro Baustita for another 1-2 finish by Aprilia.
Bautista stays first overall with 119 points.
Defending world champion Thomas Luthi of Switzerland, competing with a fractured collarbone, placed ninth, 13 seconds behind Pasini.
The next championship round is at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain, next Sunday.
