China's rally champion Li Fanglei will fly over the Yitong river driving a car at the opening ceremony of the first China-Changchun Automobile Festival.

If successful, she would become the first woman who accomplish this kind of challenge in China, the organizing committee for the Festival told Xinhua Monday.

Li, a native of Changchun, capital of Jilin province in northeast China, has registered professional competitor of China Auto Sports Federation and won 22 championships in the China Rally, China Ice-snow Short-track Rally, the Championship of China-Russia Rally and others competitions.

She plans to fly over the Yitong river driving a car and chose the form of "hard landing".

The width of the overflying is measured to be between 28 to 36 meters, but the exact figure depends on the wind direction and others external factors.

The China-Changchun Automobile Festival will be held during the 15th to 22th of July.
