China coach Zhu Guanghu has promised that no matter what the result would be,
their game against Iran at the AFC Asian Cup on Sunday should be nice for the
fans.
"My view is that after 90 minutes our performance will greatly impress the
spectators," said Zhu at the pre-match conference here on Saturday.
"We have been studying Iran for long and collected a lot of information about
the team. They are the strongest rivals within Group C, and we will use
different tactics from the first match (against Malaysia) to take them.
"Our basic strategy is to play every team hard."
Zhu admitted that Iran's right flank onslaught, which produced big power
against Uzbekistan, will test China's left side defense, but he had some
preparations for this.
The stunning defeat of tournament favorites Australia by Iraq yesterday
impressed the 58-year-old boss. He said China should learn something from Iraq.
