ZURICH, Switzerland -- Argentina remained No. 1 in the FIFA world soccer rankings, which saw just one change among the Top 10 teams in the February ratings.

Argentina has been the top-ranked team in the world since October, with No. 2 Brazil and third-ranked Italy keeping close behind. Spain held onto the fourth spot followed by, in order, Germany, the Czech Republic, France, Portugal and the Netherlands.

Greece improved one spot to 10th while Croatia slipped from 10th to 12th.

The biggest changes involved African nations, which used success at the African Cup of Nations tournament to climb in the rankings.

Champion Egypt moved up six places to 29th but semifinalist Ghana improved 29 slots to 14th. Tournament runner-up Cameroon moved to 17th from 25th and the Ivory Coast went up 14 spots to 24th.

FIFA rankings points are accumulated based on the results of a team's matches over the past four years, the importance of each match, the strength of the opponent, the strength of the region and the number of matches per year that each team plays.
