The two-time FIFA World Player of the Year and World Cup winner is a free agent after terminating his contract with Mexico's Queretaro last month.
In an interview with Brazil's Blog do Boleiro, Roberto Assis said his brother had attracted interest from clubs in Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China, Brazil and Argentina.
When asked which Argentine club had shown interest, Assis replied: "I can't say. But it's a serious proposal."
He added: "We need to know the objectives of the clubs that want to sign him. And we need to know why we would decide to go here or there. It's not just about money, because Ronaldo brings results.
Assis said a decision on Ronaldinho's future would likely be made this week.
The 35-year-old former Barcelona idol was linked with a move to Boca Juniors last July before signing with Queretaro.
