Bittersweet journey to Euro 2016 final

The much-anticipated EURO 2016 final will kick off between hosts France and Portugal in Saint-Denis, France, on July 10. After beating Germany 2-0, France will compete in its first final since its Euro 2000 victory. Meanwhile, the Cristiano Ronaldo-led Portugal ousted Gareth Bale's Wales in the semifinal. This is also a long-awaited moment for Portugal after losing their previous final to Greece in 2004.
