3rd China-Russia Cultural Festival kicks off

The week-long cultural event, launched on Sunday, is jointly hosted by Heihe and the neighbouring Russian city of Blagoveshchensk. The festival presents a variety of art performances and artpieces to showcase the cultures of both countries.
