Kunshan Zhouzhuang Elegance Garden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary to Elegance Group, a Taiwanese-owned enterprise. With a registered capital of 10 million U.S. dollars, it is largely engaged in real estate development, construction and sales.

The Zhouzhuang Elegance Garden Tourism Vacation Quarter project occupies a land of 500 mu, with 100,000 square meters planned floor space. When completed, the project will be a large-scale comprehensive garden integrating tourism, entertainment, shopping, catering, amusement, business and vacation.
