Taiwanese town Jiufen preserved

A bird's eye view of Jiufen, a small town built into the side of the coastal hills near Keelung in Taiwan, June 27, 2014. Jiufen used to be a prosperous town for gold mining until the 1950's, before gold resources ran out and the town slowed down. However, the red latten decorated streets, quaint tea houses, nostalgic snacks and ocean view attracts many visitors to appreciate the good old days, including film directors. [Photo/IC]
