Wuzhen is a sacred town where the heart can be easily touched. It is here in this small town by the river that one can feel its beautiful scenery within arms reach. However, the weather may not always well, but it's still a fun place to visit. On sunny days, Wuzhen is bright, while during cloudy days, it's very peaceful and can keep people calm and let their heart become pure. Sunshine may not reach every corner, but the well-arranged distribution of light and shadows makes Wuzhen look solid and real.

Wuzhen was prosperous during ancient times. For thousands of years residents have lived beside the river and the people here are all very nice. Wuzhen is the model of a southern Chinese riverside town with bridges, flowing water, and beautiful homes, at the same time Wuzhen has buildings beside the river that other villages don't have— Shuige. Because of this, Wuzhen is also called the last riverside residence in China. Wuzhen is a typical southern Chinese riverside town which has a long history. The scenery in this water town has been well-preserved, and has retained its entire structure of a riverside town. The town has a deep atmosphere filled with folk customs, which functions as a museum reflecting the lives found within southern Chinese riverside town.
