"Every country has its unique history and culture, and the best way to understand it is to visit," Yao told the journalists at a press conference. "We hope to use this opportunity to exchange different cultures, and hear feedback and advice".
Located on the southern side of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, Jiangxi covers an area of 166,900 square kilometers, with a population of 44.88 million.
Jiangxi is also the cradle of the Chinese revolution. The capital Nanchang was the birthplace of the people's army; Jinggangshan Mountain was China’s rural revolutionary base and Ruijin was the birthplace of the Chinese Soviet Republic.
Besides its history, Jiangxi is also an ideal place to live. The province's forest coverage rate reaches 63.1 percent, ranked the best in the country.
