The 2014 annual Voting for China Roadtrip Route was unveiled recently in Beijing, with 36 long, medium and short itineraries of different themes such as leisure, cuisine and Buddhism.

Shanghai iDriver Culture and Media Corporation Ltd started the campaign. At the end of September, 36 opinion leaders in the fields such as tourism, media and arts were invited to choose 66 nominees from 144 shortlisted itineraries. Netizens can experience the routes and vote for their favorite ones on the official website 36lu.ijia360.com to decide the winners.

Possibilities include exploring the high-altitude area of the Tibetan Plateau for one week or two, enjoying the picturesque views of ancient villages and temples on the mountains. Or, you can drive along the beautiful coastlines of Xiamen for several days, stopping on romantic Gulangyu Island to take photos and have fresh seafood.

At the same time, more than 100,000 participants joined the first Mobile Photography Contest of China Roadtrip Route and posted their photos online. The best will be published in the 2015 version of 36 Routes You Must Go in Your Life, which will come out in March.
