A 30-meter head sculpture of Lei Feng was completed in Changsha, Central China Hunan province, the Chinese role model's hometown.
Lei Feng (1940-1962) was a soldier of the People's Liberation Army of China. After his death, Lei was memorialized as a selfless and modest person, gb.cri.cn reported.
