Residents complain of 'blue ice'
(chinadaily.com.cn) Updated: 2013-11-05 08:13Residents living under the flight path near Shanghai Pudong International Airport complained about “blue ice”, or toilet waste, news portal eastday.com reported.
A resident on Hangwan Road said they often found feces splattered on vehicles and laundry hanging out to dry, and some people were hit by “blue ice”.
