A high school student from Central China's Hubei province scored a perfect 2,400 on the Scholastic Assessment Test - the most widely used college admissions exam in the United States.
Tang Anran, 17, from Wuhan Foreign Language School, was nicknamed "2,400" after she took the test in October, Chutian Metropolis Daily reported.
Tang said she was applying for admission to several American universities, and Yale University was her top choice, the report said.
