Archaeologists confirmed on Saturday that a tomb found in Xihu township of Yangzhou in Jiangsu province belongs to Emperor Yang Guang, considered one of the worst tyrants in Chinese history and the man responsible for bringing the Sui Dynasty (AD 581-618) to an end. A nearby tomb was confirmed to belong to Yang's queen.
