A burst water pipe in below freezing temperature can lead to a sticky situation.

More than twenty vehicles parked along a road in Changchun, capital city of Northeast China's Jilin province, were stuck by frozen ice due to a sudden burst of water on Jan 31.

Car owners had no choice but to resort to manual labor – spades and shovels were their tools to free their frozen cars.
