Thieves take 25 round trips to hide goods
Two thieves stole the whole stock of a silver paper factory overnight, making 25 round trips to hide the goods, zjol.com.cn reported Sunday.
They robbed the factory to make a fortune during the Lunar New Year as people worship ancestors using silver ingots made of them.
The two dug a hole on a wall to slither into the Hangzhou factory, and stole more than 1,000 kg of silver paper worth 110,000 yuan ($17,589) on Dec 28.
They were caught on Jan 28 and told to return the stolen goods. But by then they had already sold silver paper worth 40,000 yuan.
