Man blockades car dealership
A man in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province blockaded a local 4S store with a collection of luxury cars on Sunday, because the car dealership refused to compensate him after his newly purchased car spontaneously combusted, Qianjiang Evening News reported.
The brand new Land Rover the man bought from the car store just 5 days ago had an unexpected flameout and couldn't be restarted while he was driving it on the road.
Incensed by the poor after sales service, the angry man took his luxury cars, including a 5 million yuan ($800,000) Rolls Royce and a 7 million yuan ($1.1 million) Lamborghini down to the car store and blockaded the store entrance.
According to a friend of the man quoted in the report, the man is a self-made man who himself owned a car dealership in Hangzhou. He was planning to sell the Land Rover to one of his customers before it went up in flames.
The man was eventually forced to remove his cars after the dealership called the police.
