93-year-old muscle man
Shen Hua, aged 93, can easily do pull-ups on a horizontal bar and parallel bars, reported Guangzhou Daily on Sunday.
Shen started working out 20 years ago when he worried about his physical condition. He decided to work out in the gym one hour a day to beat aging.
He encourages his family to work out when they are not busy. He says he never watches any TV dramas: "I'm old enough to have been through all the ups and downs and now I don't have to watch it again on TV."
"People thought I would quickly lose my persistence when I entered the gym for the first time," says Shen."But I didn't."
