Zheng Tianjiao, a middle school student, used grains to make a map of China, which won her an award in a competition, reported dfic.cn on Wednesday.
Zhang used many different kinds of grains and beans such as kidney beans, sesame seeds, mung beans, millet, lotus seeds and others as different provinces to fill out a map of China.
She won first prize for her work and her geography teacher said that Zhang's piece was innovative and precise.
