Buy your milk straight from the cow

A farmer in Zhangye, Gansu province led his two milk cows to the downtown area to sell the freshest milk possible, reported chinanews.com on Saturday.

He milks the cows at the site in front of buyers and sells it immediately. His strategy seems to work since people lined up for the fresh raw milk. Some people even drove all the way for the fresh cups of milk.

Raw milk is usually seen as unsanitary since many kinds of bacteria might be found in it. Chinese used to boil it first to kill the bacteria and have the hot milk for breakfast.
