Dog finds owner's secret

A retriever is a kind of hunting dog that retrieves game for a hunter. But in China's Northeastern city of Lvshun, a retriever found something that its owner never wanted to reveal.

When a woman got up one morning, she was surprised to see the floor of the bedroom scattered with cotton wadding and cash, and her pet dog, a retriever, lying among the mess. After counting the money, she realized it was a total of 3,800 yuan ($576), although some of the notes were torn.

The puzzled woman asked her husband about it and learned that this cash was hidden inside the quilt by him as a nest egg. If not for the dog's discovery, the secret would never have been out.
