Girl draws cartoons to find her grandma
A series of cartoon pictures featuring a young girl finding her missing grandmother has moved many netizens online, Xiancn.com reported on Tursday.
The girl, a Sina Weibo user named Liluzi, drew the cartoons and updated them every day after her 83-year-old grandma, who's suffering Alzheimer's disease, went missing in her home village a few days ago.
Liluzi said the only thing she can do right now is to pray for her grandmother's safety, and she hopes the cartoons will help generate some clues to help find her.
Her cartoon series of posts have been forwarded thousands of times and she's received a lot of encouragement from netizens.
A social rescue team contacted Liluzi through her Weibo and has begun searching the area where her grandmother disappeared.
