BEIJING - China will start levying anti-dumping duties on imported acrylic fibers from Japan, the Republic of Korea and Turkey on Thursday, the Ministry of Commerce said on Wednesday.
The move comes after an investigation launched last year showed evidence of dumping that was harming Chinese industry, the ministry said in a statement on its website.
The anti-dumping duties will range from 4.1 percent to 16.1 percent, according to the level of dumping, the statement said.
