"Red envelope war" -- a new promotion campaign by Chinese online retailers. Before the Double 11 Carnival 2016, citizens gathered to collect digital red envelopes on their phones. Many elderly people stopped square dancing to join this "red envelope war". Most of them got at least 100 yuan ($14.6), and one got more than 1,000 yuan.
