Sony added 3D scanning functions to its new flagship smartphone, the Xperia XZ1. The feature allows users to make their own emoji packages with 3D effects. Users can also upload their holographic image to 3D printers to create 3D models.

The Xperia Touch projector gathers Sony's cutting-edge technologies. According to the company, the projector can transform walls or tables into an interactive touch-screen.

For example, users can play piano on an image that is displayed by Xperia Touch, after the projector has installed a piano app.

According to Sony, the projector will be on sale at the end of January 2018.

As a limited edition, only 666 units of the red Xperia XZ Premium will be sold globally.

JD.com has created relationships with several tech companies including Apple, Huawei, Sony and ZTE. They have chosen the platform to debut their new flagship handsets including iPhone 8, Mate 10, Axon M and Xperia XZ1.
