Makeshift musician's beat inspires netizens

Liu Jaixin, a 14-year-old dreamer, plays the "drum set" he made from waste materials in Heng county, Nanning city, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, August 5, 2011. Liu collected an iron wok, paint bucket plastic bucket and other waste materials to assemble his drum set which he successfully uses to play music from the heart, with passion. A video recording of Liu playing his drums quickly gained popularity on the Internet after it was circulated widely. Some netizens described Liu's performance as geilivable (a pinyin-English combination word meaning "giving power") and pretty cool, but most were moved by Liu's commitment to his dream and delivered their respects to him.
