2/3 of Chinese satisfied with health service

More than two-thirds of Chinese residents, both in urban and rural areas, are satisfied with their health service, with fewer than 10 percent being unsatisfied, the People's Daily reported on Friday, citing a survey.
In the survey, released by the Ministry of Health, nearly two-thirds also expressed their contentment about the experience of seeing a doctor at hospital, with 10 percent showing dissatisfaction.
About 78.6 percent said generally speaking, health services are improving, and only 3.9 percent disagree.
According to the report, the three most unsatisfying factors are: medical treatment fees, physical check-up fees and the price of drugs.
