BEIJING -- A four-ship fleet of the China Coast Guard (CCG) on Friday patrolled territorial waters surrounding the Diaoyu Islands, according to the State Oceanic Administration.
The vessels are CCG 2151, 2146, 2102 and 1126, an administration statement said.
The CCG, which covers maritime law enforcement functions of four agencies responsible for fisheries administration, maritime surveillance, customs enforcement and border control, formally unveiled its board in July.
