Korean-Japanese man turned away at airport

You will be amazed by how many people have to return to their original countries due to visa problems when they have just arrived at the airport.

A Japanese traveler was stuck at the Hongqiao International airport insisting he was really Japanese and didn't need a visa to enter China.

However, this Japanese speaker held a Korean passport which made him a Korean in the eyes of the law. Korea and China don't have a visa-free agreement. According to him, his parents are both Korean and he was registered in Korea. He has never been to Korea, nor does he speak the language.

Finally, the Korean-Japanese man had to give up asking for visa-free entry and took the plane back to Japan from the airport directly.
