'Nail houses' in the way, before and after demolition

Editor's Note: In China, "nail houses" are those homes that stand in construction sites, usually in the middle of the road simply because their owners are either unwilling or unable to reach an agreement on the demolition of their property.
"Nail houses" are a phenomenon of rapid urbanization. Let's look at some before-and-after photos of some these properties.
