Digital ancient Chinese classics open to public

A collection of digital ancient Chinese classics compiled by Zhonghua Book Company opened to the public on Tuesday through libraries across the country.
The digital publications include more than 300 ancient texts and classics on literature and history, such as "Twenty-five Histories" and "A General Mirror for Governing the World".
Zhonghua Book Company, established in 1912, publishes ancient and modern classics on humanities and has produced about 30,000 titles.
The company said the classics will be added to other literature.
The collections will be available at digital libraries of the National Library of China, Capital Library, Peking University Library and several others.
