"Esprit Dior, Miss Dior", an exhibition aimed at interpreting the mystery of Dior's perfume, is underway until May 31 at Ullens Center for Contemporary Art (UCCA) in Beijing.
Seventeen women artists from all over the world have been invited to use their artistic expressions to interpret Christian Dior’s first fragrance - Miss Dior - which was created in 1947 and is as much a symbol as a legend.
The opening of the exhibition, held at UCCA on April 29, highlighted Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman, a Dior ambassador, and drew a number of celebrities and socialites, including Chinese actresses Zhang Ziyi and Ni Ni and actor Lin Gengxin.
