The 3,000 sq ft house which features three bathrooms, four bedrooms, a pool, hot tub, waterfall and hotel-style cabanas, as well as separate guest quarters and an office sold for $4.25 million in 2007.

Paris - who is dating nightclub owner Cy Waits - currently lives in a 7,000 sq ft Beverly Hills mansion.

Meanwhile, the reality TV star caused controversy at the Coachella music festival last weekend when she tried to skip the queue at the on-site carnival.
