Glamorous Kenya, a documentary that shows Kenya's breathtakingly spectacular scenery, diverse wildlife, various tribes and modern cities, will premiere on the documentary channel of CCTV-9 on Jan 6.
The three-episode, high-definition documentary will present the African country from a Chinese perspective. It's the first time that CCTV's production team has filmed a nonfiction show entirely overseas.
Director Xiao Wai says the show is different from other documentaries about Kenya in that it not only portrays the African country's natural beauty but also reveals its living conditions and modern cultures.
