Justin Bieber has splashed out $6.5 million on his very first home.
The 18-year-old singer has purchased a seven-bedroom mansion in the Californian suburb of Calabasas - the home of the Kardashian family - which previously belonged to Eddie Murphy's ex-wife Nicole Mitchell, who sold the abode for $5.51 million last year.
The 10,000 square-foot property contains eight bathrooms, a library, cinema with stadium seating, a wine cellar, a wet bar and there is a pond within the 1.3-acre grounds, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Justin is thought to be keen on installing some high-tech gadgets in his mansion - which was constructed in 2005 and had been listed at $8.75 million - which also features a big guest house, large garage and pool, as well as a games room.
The 'Boyfriend' hitmaker had narrowed his search for his first home to three houses, which is thought to have included a property currently being rented by 'Two and a Half Men' star Ashton Kutcher.
Meanwhile, Justin claims game developers have filed a lawsuit against him in the wrong state and he now wants it dismissed, according to TMZ.com.
The 'Never Say Never' hitmaker is being sued by RC3 - who are behind a mobile phone app entitled 'Joustin Beaver' - after he threatened them with legal action for using his image on the title.
But he now believes their suit in Florida should be dropped because he doesn't even live there. A judge is yet to make a ruling.
