According to the Guangzhou Daily, Marceau was invited to attend an activity in Guangzhou on March 19. She gave the square dancing show in Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center on the day.
She told to the Guangzhou Daily that it may be a once-in-a-lifetime chance to practice square dancing in Guangzhou for a French like her and the experience was amazing.
Talking about her feeling about dancing in the humid weather in Guangzhou, Marceau said: "The weather today is certainly not the best. I would have liked a little sunshine, but that's okay. I heard that Guangzhou has the best Chinese food. I am looking forward to taste it!"
