When you think of brunch, generally the combination of all-you-can-eat buffet comes to mind. However, brunch has been evolving over the years, with more and more restaurants introducing the a la carte concept to offer a more intimate experience.
Sunday brunch affairs are always special. To make the best of these moments, Sofitel Wanda has come up with the Allure Sunday Brunch at the Heritage French Restaurant to let everybody discover more flavors of France at more affordable prices.
The new menu, created by French chef Mikolajczak Yann, includes exquisite dishes such as Le Foie Gras Rougie and Japanese Scallops with Caviar, and Homard du Maine paired with champagne or selected wines.
Guests can enjoy music by a trio of classical musicians who perform in an elegant dining room that can seat 40.
