Chinese photographers win the HIPA

The awarding ceremony of the fifth Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Awards (HIPA) was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Of the 23 awards, Chinese photographers won three. HIPA was established by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum to demonstrate the commitment of Dubai to encouraging and supporting art, culture and innovation. This year's four theme are "happiness", "wildlife", "father and son" and "general". The total worth of all the awards is $400,000.
