Seaweeds can help reduce blood pressure and prevent atherosclerosis. To make the dish, soak dried seaseeds in warm water until they soften and dress with a vinegrette of your choice.

Chef Wang recommends eating "bitter" foods in the summer to remove the "heat" in our bodies, such as seaweeds, bitter melon, Chinese broccoli and dandelion leaves.
