New classical stars
The 3rd Young Concert Artists Festival will open in Beijing with a series of new stars on the stage. This year's key performers include young violinist Caroline Goulding, who was nominated for Grammy Award at the age of 17, and young pianist Benjamin Moser, the champion of International Czajkowski Piano Competition in 2007, as well as some other young artists. They will play compositions by Bach, Mozart and Chopin.

Teahouse on stage
Beijing People's Art Theater plays host to one of the most representative works of China's modern drama, Teahouse, by Lao She.
The drama tells a story of teahouse owner, Wang Lifa, who tried to attract clients to his teahouse but in vain because of political reasons in the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Among the major performers are Pu Cunxin, Liang Guanhua and Yang Lixin.

"Wizard" sings live
Fans of popular American singer and songwriter, Jason Mraz, will get to see him live in Beijing on June 12. The award winning singer is also known as a wizard among his fans, who love the diversity of his music, which combines folk music, Latin and electronic music.
