PALO ALTO, CA: Baidu's U.S. R&D announceds on March 15 that it is going to tap into top engineering talent in Silicon Valley as part of its globalization strategy. The hired talent will focus on the core areas of search, ads and infrastructure. Senior scientist Tao Hong, principal architect James Peng and HR Manager Selene Gao of Baidu USA made a joint effort demonstrating the exciting growth and road map of this Chinese household search engine giant. HYSTA, the famed Silicon Valley based non-profit organization aimed to promote businesses in China and the U.S., and Sidley Austin LLP, a global law firm with more than 1,700 lawyers in 18 offices worldwide co-hosted the event.
